Playstation Ninjas the clan

Ninja Code Version 3.0

(feel free to give your thoughts and corrections on this article. For the people by the people.)

Ok great! You have made it this far, if your new to the clan and this site, you should really know what we are about so you can understand how this clan is different from any other clan you have ever seen.

I. The problem with most clans as we see it

Clans come and go all the time. This is due to a variety factors, all of which aren’t discussed here but we will go into some of the most popular reasons. The first major problem that the majority of clans encounter is a clan leader who is a jerk/incompetent or he/she flat out abandons the clan, there are many reasons why clan leaders kill their own clans maybe they go on a power trip, they may become busy with other things(such as the real world), etc.. The next reason why clans fall apart is the action of members and their involvement in the clan. If members aren’t involved in clan activities or never get much back from the clan there is really no reason for them to stay. The last reason we’ll touch on is that lack of communication never has a positive result no matter what kind of relation you may be establishing. These have been our experiences with clans and I’m sure some people may have different experiences but the underlining point is that we want this clan to be fun and around for a very long time. We are also determined to avoid these mistakes and learn from the experiences of all our members.

II. How we will do our best to make this clan like no other.

Here at Playstation Ninjas we are not interested in having one leader rather we hope to build a clan that is run by members for members. Members whom are talented, devoted, intelligent gamers with a sense of integrity. We are getting our members involved in a variety of things, keeping communication open for anything from general discussion to grievances. Building mutual respect for one & other and we are also taking the clan to different game titles while still keeping a foundation in past titles. We are out to innovate, create and have fun doing it. We are ninjas on the cutting edge of the playstation systems.

III. Member conduct

There are few simple things that you can do to stay a member. We are a clan of INTEGRITY. Never compromise your intregrity or the clan's. With that being said, you should contribute to the clan in your own way. We mean anything, if you have some useful info share it on the forums, you can help build the site, start interesting discussions, post your art, help with managing the clan; the possibilities are endless. You should also do your best to keep your gaming skill up to par with each game you participate in while keeping loyalty to the clan. Remember if your good to the clan the clan will be good for you.

IV. Here are our member guidelines:

-No cheating in ranked rooms. Unless otherwise specified by a server name or a private un-ranked game.
-No trash talking to other teams unless provoked by the other team.
-Our High level members should not be in another clan. Furthermore there will be no recruiting for other clans on our site.
-Do not disrespect the clan, or other members members. A lot of people put in a lot of time and effort into building what we have so please be respectful.
-Do not leave a game unless necessary or if agreed on.
-Avoid battling against clan members unless agreed on.
-trolling/mis-conduct on the forums is not allowed.

Violators will receive one warning before being banished from the clan.

(note: if you fall asleep in a party, things you may not like can happen )

V. Clan Rank.

Level 1

As a Ninja in training, or an entry level position, a level 1 member is more of an affiliate of PSN. Level 1 members are registered on the website but not tied down to psn in all games or any game for that matter. These are "friends" of the clan that can regularly play with psn. Level 1 members are indeed a limited rank, they are not able to hold any top clan positions or admin positions in any game.

Level 2

As a Ninja, These level 2 ninjas are the backbone of the clan. Level 2 members are to be dedicated to PSN in all games. Level 2 Ninjas are in charge of recruiting strong members. Level 2 Ninjas have access to create a Gamer Profile and are eligible to win [PSN] Trophies and points.

Level 3

As Master Ninjas, these Ninjas have proved themselves worthy of these roles: Recruiter, Clan Leader, Website Moderator. Level 3 Master Ninjas keep the organization and are to be in leader roles. Level 3 members inherit the perks of Level 2 members.

notes

Version 3.0 added New ranking system, emphasis on clan integrity and banishment due to disrespecting.
Version 2.0 added section IV, extended & renamed section III and corrected some grammatical errors
